A range of unique railroad track scales using Weighline rail technology. Specially machined and instrumented rail provides a series of short weighbridges that are used in combination to weigh railroad cars, either full draft or two draft.

Standard systems provide an axle capacity of 80,000 lb (40,000 kg) and are suitable for weighing maximum car weights of 320,000 lb (160,000 kg). Each individual rail section measures 5' 10", has a capacity of 40,000 lb (20,000 kg) and is pre-drilled to accept standard rail joint bars or compromise bars at installation. Weighline sections are available in rail sizes for 40 lb to 175 lb with variable capacities. Consult factory for pricing on special rail sizes, capacities and lengths.
